  • Initial 60-minute planning consultation

  • Up to two additional planning meetings (60 minutes each)

  • Event budget development and expense tracking

  • Venue recommendations and sourcing assistance

  • Vendor recommendations and sourcing for up to three vendors

  • Coordination with up to three selected vendors

  • Event layout and basic décor recommendations

  • Creation of a detailed event timeline

  • Final vendor contact list and event logistics checklist

  • Final planning handoff before the event

On-site support: Not included. Setup oversight and event launch assistance are available as an add-on.

Everything included in The Team Gathering, plus:

  • Up to five planning meetings total, including the initial consultation

  • Event concept and theme development

  • Design direction, including décor, atmosphere, and event styling

  • Venue research, recommendations, and one walkthrough

  • Vendor sourcing and coordination for up to six vendors total, excluding the venue

  • Rental and décor planning, including layout recommendations

  • Coordination of event activities, entertainment, and scheduled programming

  • Up to four consecutive hours of on-site support, including setup oversight and the first hour of the event

Additional on-site hours available at $125/hour.

    Available in one-hour increments, subject to availability.
