Initial Consultation

Everything starts with a conversation. During a complimentary consultation, we’ll talk through your event, your vision, and the level of support you’re looking for. This allows us to align early and determine the planning approach that makes the most sense for your needs.

Planning & Design Presentation

Once the commitment fee is received, I begin developing a thoughtful planning and design presentation tailored to your event. This includes design direction, layout ideas, timelines, and logistical considerations—presented clearly so you can visualize the event and feel confident moving forward.

Execution & Event Support

As your event approaches, I manage final details, timelines, and coordination to ensure everything comes together smoothly. Support can be provided virtually or on-site, depending on your needs—whether I’m behind the scenes or present on event day to keep things running seamlessly.
